Why We choose this partner and Activity
We love this safari because it brings together a long snowmobile ride, a guided SnowHotel visit and glow-fried salmon cooked by the fire. The warm lunch stop gives you time to relax and recharge before the ride back. For us, it’s one of the best combinations of riding, sightseeing and food in Rovaniemi.
The trade-off is the group size: this partner does not limit departures to eight guests, and the safari welcomes families with older children as well as adults. You may therefore join a larger, mixed-age group. It costs more than a short safari, but we feel the longer ride and the experiences along the way make it well worth considering.

Snowmobile Ride to SnowHotel
Travel through the winter landscapes of Finnish Lapland on a snowmobile safari to Arctic SnowHotel. Follow varied trails around Rovaniemi, combining a longer ride with a guided visit to a hotel built from snow and ice.
At the SnowHotel, explore the icy interiors and learn how the building is constructed. Afterwards, enjoy a two-course lunch featuring glow-fried salmon in a warm wooden kota. Relax and warm up before returning to your snowmobile for the journey back.
