Husky Safari
Most husky safari providers offer two options: a shorter ride and a longer adventure, depending on the time of year and snow conditions. If you’d like more time on the trail and a fuller sledding experience, the 10 km safari is a great choice. Keep in mind that longer rides mean more time exposed to the cold, especially while sitting in the sled. For children, older guests, or anyone sensitive to low temperatures, a shorter ride may be more comfortable.
Reindeer Safari
Reindeer are a special part of life in Lapland, and a reindeer sleigh ride offers a gentle, relaxing way to experience the snowy surroundings. One of our favourite moments is feeding time—a chance to see the reindeer up close and offer them their favourite treat, lichen. We’ve chosen these two programmes with those experiences in mind.
