Through the Forest by Husky Sled
Your adventure begins with transportation from your selected pick-up point to the husky kennel. Here, you’ll meet the dogs and receive mushing instructions and a safety briefing before setting off.
Follow your guide on a 5 km self-drive husky sled ride through old, snow-covered forests. With a maximum of eight participants, the safari offers a more personal atmosphere and the chance to enjoy the forest surroundings in a small group.
Visit an Authentic Reindeer Farm
Your destination is a traditional reindeer farm reached by husky sled on this experience. During a guided visit, meet the resident reindeer, including characters such as Lemmy and Vertti, and learn more about life on the farm.
There will be time to observe the animals up close and take photographs. Combining the husky journey with a reindeer farm visit makes this a practical choice for visitors who want to experience both animals without arranging two separate outings.
A Warm Farmhouse Lunch
Step inside Tiippana, the farm’s traditional farmhouse, to warm up and enjoy a hearty soup lunch. This indoor break gives you time to rest and enjoy the farm’s welcoming surroundings before returning to the huskies.
Return by Husky Sled
After your visit, climb back onto your sled for a 2 km self-drive ride to the kennel, bringing your total husky safari distance to 7 km. Transportation then takes you back to your pick-up point.
Allow approximately 4½ hours from the furthest pick-up point and back. Guests joining at closer locations have a shorter transfer, with the same time dedicated to the husky safari and reindeer farm visit.

- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled one day or less before the experience.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled more than one day but seven days or less before the experience.
